I also have a realtor looking for short term rentals at Grand Lake, Oklahoma, where I have my vacation home, and I have a realtor friend licensed in Missouri and Arkansas whom I'm going to contact to look in Joplin, Missouri and Bella Vista, Arkansas.

Also, connecting with local agents or property managers who know the vacation rental market there can give you insights on occupancy trends and what types of properties are in demand.

For month to month we require a 45 days notice to vacateWe are often contact by perspective tenants looking for specific time frame several months in advance but we typically do not know if the current occupant will be vacating or renewing.
