The capitalist market is remarkably efficient in correcting pricing errors (outside of a monopoly, that is).If no one is willing to purchase that property for $250,000, it won't sell for that price.

If a property is listed (REO or not), chances are your end buyer has already seen it so you would have to have some sort of remarkable negotiation skills to be able to get it under contract at a price that you could make your fee and the end buyer would getting a deal they would be happy with.

I fortunately did not get scammed and used my discernment to not participate in the claims and remarks he makes but did speak with him on the phone before he tried his same scheme that he uses with most people which is too smart/slick talk you into giving in a certain amount of money (after detailing you on what he has done, how people have schemed him blah blah) for some promises and then disappears.
