Have you ever had a property literally fall into your lap too good to be true??.

Your assumption about them being understaffed or prioritizing larger clients could very well be true.

After listening to @Brandon Turner and @davidgreene do the recap it is true that you sharing your story will save BP member millions of dollars.

I agree with @Michael Baum, are they true comparables? 

In March 2023 we started conversations with True Books.

For a lot of investors it takes 5-10 years to transition from W2 to full time RE investor and if you don't have a passion for being a landlord, you may find yourself hating it.
