Yep, water spins the opposite way; I legitimately had a (semi)domesticated kangaroo that lived in my front yard growing up; and yes, even our plants try and kill you.

The problem with the Northern Neck is that there isn't much work outside of the Sheriff's Department, farming and the Omega fish oil plant in Reedville.

I work in a tire manufacturer plant and was saving up, working tons of overtime, all to invest.But after projecting forward it was going to take a very long time for me to get enough money saved up to invest in anything outside of lower end stuff (I don't want lower end properties and headaches that comes with it)So I changed my thinking into how can I make more faster.

Then primed and painted.  1250 sqft, 12 ft textured ceilings throughout.I don't rent to smokers anymore, whether they say they only smoke outside or not!  

This is why Memphis is such a dead dead dead market along with so many other rust belt zero job growth cities.Learn how to sniff out where employers are moving, opening up new plants, divisions, hiring, then buy rentals in the path of that progress.
