I wanted to focus on homeless families one day with probably 1/4 to 1/3 of the units I will eventually have.Believe it or not, if I am successful in this real estate thing, I was hoping to teach others in my family how to do it too and anyone else who would listen especially those with children coming from being homeless. 

Hello everyone,I’m in the process of replacing the backyard fence at one of my properties in Memphis, TN, and I’m considering upgrading from the current dog ear style to a more modern horizontal cedar wood fence.

You do need to finish all their modules, do the homework and show up to take advantage of their teachings.  

I bet that if you HAD to refund the failures you would absolutely not teach people this stuff. 

Maybe so, but it seems that a "watchtower" style house would appraise. 

Getting a 2nd is extremely difficult and for those who buy seconds or are considering them here is an example of "what the guru does not teach you"In Georgia, a non-judicial state, a foreclosure is not done through the courts.

Class A Properties/Tenants: just need basic understanding to start and can learn as you go along.Class B Properties/Tenants: a decent amount harder, you'll need to invest a decent amount of time learning landlording or tenants will teach you a lesson.Class C Properties/Tenants: you need to really know what you're doing and have boots on the ground you can trust.Class D Properties/Tenants: don't even try!
