I fared well luckily, did not sustain any damage personally.

Their customer service is great.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but such P/E levels are not sustainable and be considered an expansionary or growth cycle.This does not mean a hard crash is imminent, but it does mean the dollar will be significantly weaker for certain just how it gets there is anyone's guess. 

But for the most part it sustains itself.

Houses that sustained fire events have long term consequences including structural damage and mold that results from water intrusion required to extinguish the fire.

I worked for a big time syndicator in the late 80s and they had 5000 plus investors and customer care was always challenge with no many investors.

I get quicker responses, guidance, relationship building, more trust, and overall feel like their quality is a lot better in terms of inventory/customer service.
