 ive delt  with the lead inspection with several of my bosses homes          this one guy has done 8+ of our homes so far    hes very concerned about the kids if any that live in the homes, because they are the ones  in direct contact with the walls and are very touchy on the walls and surfaces where lead could be ..

I also make sure the broker, if one is part of the transaction is copied and make it known in the email that defects exist and spell them out in a neat and organized fashion. 

The degrees I noted will help you generate real estate revenues quicker and in a more connected fashion than a degree in business or finance as others have suggested.

Then, look at any updates that might bring in MORE or HIGHER rents, such as kitchen, baths, fresh paint, clean floors (carpet or hard surfaces), ceiling fans, window AC units, etc.

I am finding that good old fashioned relationship building seems to yield the most favorable funding methods.

Organize standard line item for invoices for project expenses, but have him break down all the administrative/overhead line items that are being reimbursed, likely in a prorated fashion ie weekly or monthly percentages.
