Home 365 is a new subscription based home maintenance service created for landlords and property managers.

I flip 10-15 properties a year and was wondering if i should hire an Electrcian that has a few trucks out there on the road and pay him monthly regardless if i can keep him busy all year. that way when its time to rehab a property he gets his guys over there and i just pay for the supplies. maybe 30-40k a year. probably 50-75 days a year. like a subscription. 

We are charged 3% for every payment, plus $499/year subscription fee.  

Arlo seems to have good reviews and doesn't require a monthly subscription, though it certainly offers one. 

I thought about paying a monthly subscription to get these properties , Do you know of any website that you can do that at ?

Is there any realtor out there interested in splitting the cost of their MLS subscription in exchange for granting me access?

KW is around $100/month in fees, much of it for E & O insurance and the digital signature subscription.

Any reason why you went deaktop pro and not the online monthly subscriptions?

Google Podcasts correctly sees the latest biggerpockets podcasts, allows for download and subscription.

I have been reading as much as I can on how to land my first deal but either i didnt have time to research the deal or i didn't have money to buy the nesseccary subscriptions.
