Water Stains in Sub-Floor under toilet (Structure safety and mold/fungal growth concerns) Discolorization of floor joist due to harmful form of fungal growth Door hinge on bottom crawlspace Floor Deflection, sag in master bathroom and bedroom b) The girder in the middle right end of the crawlspace and the floor joists at the rear of the crawlspace have been notched in several locations to install plumbing lines and the headers that were installed where a joist would have been cut in two to install the drain line under the shower stall in the master bathroom are not properly attached and exhibited signs of failure.

The apartment has a hot water baseboard heater above it but there are no signs of water stains or drips. 

But the carpet was not steam cleaned ...full of stains and bubble gums everywhere... the lawn was now even maintained...full of weeds...grass almost dead... so we had to put some fine for carpet and lawn...And also for the lease breakage...

I've noticed a trend bubbling under the surface of stained concrete floors as opposed to carpet or other flooring materials.

The dog has urinated on the carpet which will require replacement (professional cleaning did not get the stain/odor out) and possible replacement of the subfloor as well.

I am quite firm with "damages" to my place, including stains on fabric, etc... 

The basement was heavily stained.

Cabin staining, wood bees, wood peckers, etc. and of course nothing parties like a rental. 

There are stains in the ceiling of my bedrooms, closets, and bathroom.

More recently we boarded up the windows and re-sucured the building as the junkies were breaking in a stealing the stained glass.
