If you can buy at a price that works even during a crash-level rent drop then you can make hay on LTRs when times are good.Lubbock and the area south/southwest of it is fantastic and appreciating fast.

I am wondering if there are any other folks on here from the Lawton, Oklahoma area.  I have been investing in this area for a while and it would be cool to network with some locals.

So I currently plan on doing my own redneck baffle for Bedroom 1, reducing the air down to no more than half of what it is now, while also cutting the holes larger in Bedroom 2 (which actually isn't either hot or cold right now) and Bedroom 3 (which is running hot, being on the southwest corner). 

@George Adkins, most students who live off campus stay just to north in Old Louisville or just to the south/west around Churchill Downs area.

My sister is an agent in WA/OR/AZ and I am an OR/Southwest WA investor (but not for too long!).
