If you have an uneven first month, say 15 days, you either sign a lease for 12 months and 15 days or 11 months and 15 days and the first month is prorated, but the security stays the same.You should have a separate interest-bearing account for security deposits.

Dirt road wont cut it.. you will need at the very least gravel and depending on soil type you may need to put down big rock first like 3 inch then build a base of 1 inch minus on top of it so you dont sink.
