Cooking" meth can produce considerable contamination, yes.Consuming meth can take different forms from simple ingestion which leaves no residues  to smoking which will will leave residues. 

I bought 3 homes (2 in Rochester, 1 in Brighton), that only needed me to change the locks and install smoke detectors (and a few more minor stuff).

Price range is anywhere up to ~$380k, possibly more if I found a smoking deal.I've been working with a local realtor, and she's been great.

@Carla Carvalho while foreclosing can lead to further profits.. if this is a smoking deal on what your owed it will sell 3p at the sale..

Bert, get a good one that can abate smoke/smell so it won't give you any issues with renters and do twice the work.

What do you guys think about smoking in the house?

I've had to remediate smoke smell from 6 places.  

During the sale, she agreed to a lease.The thing is she's a smoker and I'll ask the people downstairs not to smoke inside.The lease agreement as not yet been signed.Current state of mind : I'll be asking her not to smoke inside.Have you ever lived a similar situation?
