Have you been targeting travel medical professionals specifically through amenities, location, etc.?

They may be able to connect you to their staff or provide your info to them, but expect some traveling medical professionals to look for their own housing on sites like Airbnb and Furnished Finder. 

I know some people that have property free and clear don't care if they lose it and only carry liabliity insurance to protect against accidents on the property, medical or legal bills, etc.Do I have no other recourse but to carry full coverage?

Traveling medical professionals generally don’t need 3 BR homes and they aren’t traveling as much as previous years so make sure there’s enough demand. 

Medical records will not deal with email, due to security, but they will deal with faxes.

Here is a real life example with my client (numbers are altered since we haven't closed yet): Activities are a lot slower in recent months in many cities across the bay area.

Unfortunately, when you have to send faxes to the IRS, or when you're a doctor in the medical field - there's only so much you can do. 

The filings cost more and the process is a little slower than 35 days, but much faster than 6 months and far more consistent.

They go through their underwriting process and approval, which as I mentioned may be slower than applying for a new loan. 

There are still MANY medical professionals using FF since it's the OG of this kind of site.
