My question is to people who has flipped houses or know how it works, assuiming I get a house that needs some work in order to make money and resell i have to renovate it nicely but I dont have any skills nor knowledge how to do remodel and I would have to get contractors to do it for me and they are not cheap at that point i would get contractors to do everything and will i make any profit after selling the hosue?

WE provide capital so the student can be successful. and i do travel to the markets but my clients have some skills and experience before i take them on.

So what is the best way to source qualified local help with these skills.

I have always been a generalist, master of none skilled at most. 

See if any of them have the skills and are looking for a part-time job.

If your looking for the least amount of risk and biggest bang for your buck I would look for a company that is a reputable turnkey provider thats actually in Detroit and offers things such as an efficient boots on the ground team, all sorts of established local relationships, solid in-house management, an operation that is highly skilled and well versed in section 8, a company that has proven relationships with both out of state and local lenders.
