I did a Google search on him but didn't find anything bad.The reason why I gave home my cc was because I believe him that he could get me homedeopt gift cards at 40% discount and I wanted to buy them from him.He told me that he bought returned merchandise from Walmart and Homedepot by truck loads and he could get homedepot cards and big discount.

I've got no problem with that so long as full disclosure takes place and weasel clauses are not there, and folks are well capitalized to close on the thing if need be.But, this thread, as much as anything else, does indeed showcase how many amateurs are in this space.

I like the idea of showcasing the aggressive marketing plan to possibly get them to understand "why 6%".

. $400) I see the most people are also setting up detailed marketing packages to send to sellers that show case their advantages compared to selling retail.

They wholesale properties in the Atlanta area and send highly detailed comps to their investors which showcase some of this data.To sum it up, I would fix and flip homes in the city, and buy and hold in the suburb.  

Is there a specific forum here that you can either showcase or list what you currently have for sale- if it is through a Real Estate company?

There are some in Pennsylvania, but I have not seen a single one that is not (in my opinion) selling super rough merchandise in West Philadelphia. 

If you are referring to local REIA's (in general), you will get all sorts plugging their courses, and merchandise.

He dropped off the merchandise and a collection box in the break room at various employers before 8 AM and returned around the noon hour and collected the day's revenues and leftover bagels.This business provided him with insight into consumers honesty .... they are surprisingly honest.A gumball machine on eBay can range from $40 to over $100 per machine.  

I think Bigger Pockets does a great job of showcasing the variety of ways you can invest in RE.
