Prices there tend to be fairly high so make sure the financials make sense to you.If you're going the townhome route, make sure you fully understand the rules and regulations of that particular community.

All these are great investing routes to take - if you were to go the traditional residential rental route, these often offer more stable cash flow, while Section 8 properties can provide guaranteed rent, though with some additional regulations.

I am not saying or comparing them to Norada, just saying that make sure you truly understand what it is you are investing in if you go this route. 

I have had a couple of addresses over the years and usually I have used UPS, but lately I have seen a lot of virtual option popping up ... earthmail ... regus ... digital mailroom ... there seem to be quite a few.Would anyone have feedback on the best route to go?  

Any advise on adding washer/dryers is a plus I know routing new drains can be tricky when trying not to get to invasive on a "cosmetic" job.

I think I am going to non-renewal route.
