Manufacturers generally want a large number of units to produce because repetition and quantity lend themselves well to the manufacturing environment.

I know people say it all the time and it gets repetitive, but it really does help to intern because it will get your name out in the business and it will teach you the ropes.

A bookkeeping clerk is great for repetitive data entry and generally requires supervision and much instruction.

There are plenty of ways people can save a lot of money with solar (and make a lot over the long term), but thanks to the repetition of the abundant misinformation, they refuse to believe it.

If you cannot find a good property management company in your area, the next best thing is to use software to help you with the repetitive tasks that are required in property management. 

You get better by repetition and I'm not sure having your agent involved is going to help you. 

Hi all,I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for a little while and this is my first post so I apologize if this is a repetitive topic. 

If the property has had more then one flood or a loss that was over $50K - $100K paid in the claim that the government might put it on the Severe Repetitive Loss list which is not a good thing.I would also see if there are new flood building codes that you need to be aware of.
