@Edwing Hernandez Lots of unsupported claims...same story with Roofstock...nothing like getting on camera and claiming you have a magic formula but no evidence of what's in the potion....they want you to go on faith alone, I guess...

I'm considering investing in STR in Hawaii to diversify my investment portfolio (mainly for capital appreciation) as well as it being a regular vacation place for my family.

That makes me wonder if those lenders will lend more on the places vs regular lenders.

A lot of agents will claim to be great with investors, and not have a clue what the property would actually rent for. 

I think this site may be geared a bit more toward the avid investor, rather that the weekend warrior type of investors with regular, RE carriersOn the other hand, for myself, watching the RE market is enjoyable for me.I have always attended open houses just to be nosey or nerdy, whichever you prefer.
