I am willing to recreate it to match my needs if you do not wish to give an editable version, or if you can point me in a more specific direction on the net (other than general Google search keywords), to find one, that too may prove to be helpful. 

Some times recreating the wheel is not a good thing.

Tahoe has skiing in the winter and other Sierra recreation opportunities in the summer.

Hello BP,I own a quadplex 4 unit multifamily in a state where marijuana is not legal in any capacity (recreational or medicinal); and one of my tenants (A) has mentioned marijuana smells coming in through the vents shared among all units. 

Most casual vacationers don't travel with a recreational bicycle. 

I am planning to use as recreation and possibly build a house on.

I do not know a lot about real estate (as mentioned above) but I was in the outdoor recreation business at one point.

Park nearby.. suggest that..much more suitable recreational area with grills and bathrooms.. and shelters.
