i think a shed will be a necessity without a garage. if they don't have anywhere to put their 'junk' it is likely to end up in piles on the side/back of the house...not cool.i'm also an advocate for the fence. i personally like fences. not only does it keep things in the yard, but it keeps things OUT. chainlink won't cost much and will last a while. i really wouldn't even charge extra rent. why punish the first tenants and not the next?

Tom,I am investing in Western Michigan with another BP member here.My general thoughts are that it's been punished for being in the same state as Detroit, but as an investing hub it has enough of its own merits to be strongly considered.Just like any other city, there are war zones.

In these cases, it is the executive branches' job to apprehend the person they believe has broken the law, and to hand that person over to the judicial branch of the government, which is responsible for determining if the person actually broke the law and then for doling out punishment.
