The drop in TO may be a psychological reaction based upon beliefs / expectations that the gravy train will stop.Even though the drop in year-over-year sales and pricing was the largest since 2009, things still have a long way to go to re-align with economic fundamentals.

The psychological issue I have is that it is more of a lower end quality of rental and I don't feel completely comfortable with that.
