Took about half a year to learn how to walk, talk and even eat again, but bounced back to my love for real estate investing and the two things that transitioned me from just wholesaling to actually buying deals as an investor was creative finance and private money.Bought my first rental property in Easley, S.C. owner finance and one of my best rentals I still own today was bought subject-to!

I was going to do that in an attempt to get creative with my financing options so that there are no liens on it and I could borrow against it as an option.

At appraisal it was worth $500K and it is in a neighborhood where homes that are on a third the size of the lot are going for $800K.What's the best way to get a loan, about $150K, to rehab his house and get it ready to sell. as mentioned, I recommend getting a loan to rehab the property.
