I do both an email and a phone call I usually email first and do a phone call to ask if they have a phone number.Thank you for the advice, I understand the lack of creating equity but I feel like all I'm doing is the same as any other buisness which is getting a product, repurposing it for a consumer, and selling said product/service.

If you’re serious about this endeavor put your current home on Zillow to rent with an occupancy in 90 days before you sign a PA for the next house.There are other lending products that are not as strict but the terms are different.

Better to put in something more productive like a Solo 401(k) or SEP. 

The Left must resist the urge to “help” with short-sighted, counter-productive policies like rent control.

Because there was barely any cheap product and I had buyers looking for this type of product.

Hi @Yents Ybrimovic - I love the FHA 203k renovation, but to be honest I love the Fannie May HomeStyle renovation loan even more.As an investor and a general contractor, I have used both products here in Chicago!

They spend a ton of money on advertising their product and apparently have none left over to spend on product development.

Also when it came time to pick the finish products (tile/stone/fixtures/etc) I would request getting the manufacturer, the model #, sku#, picture if possible...everything.

The interface is easy to work with, but they do require higher FICO scores for fix and flip products.
