I have to say that I am in shock at the accusations you leveled against me and my company.

My preliminary research indicates that this might be possible (without committing fraud!)

I wouldn't likely/necessarily be mailing a lot of letters for example.But mainly, I would pay for a service that offered me the closest thing to an instant/on demand "preliminary title report" , that is something that greatly "simplified" initial research, preliminary only of course- based on apn.

Lots of people have been sold on SFR as investments and are SHOCKED when the reality of repairs, depreciation, tenants, and negative cash flow rear their ugly heads.
