Used as an STR on AirBnb and sold.

Having said that, you do see a lot of hotels/motels putting their rooms on AirBNB and VRBO.We got our last STR on VRBO in a hotel/resort in Bend OR.

In seeing this and also being overwhelmed with the constant demand of running an STR on top of my job (in which I work over 50 hours a week on a construction site), I decided to hire a property management company.

This will depend on your area but don't forget about your long term play - in one of the cities in my market, you cannot STR on anything but your primary. 

I have a duplex in City of Miami that just became vacant and I’m considering doing AirBNB.  Can anyone offer advice ?  Is it allowed here ? It about 2 miles from Wynnwood.
