Apparently she’s made some recovery progress to the point that returning home would have been an option.

Hi,I had a lawsuit against ORES, spent several thousand already, no good progress.

Do you want to be in dense developed urban (such as Minneapolis), or surrounding urban (Bloomington, Richfield, Edina etc.) suburbs (Maple Grove / Plymouth) or semi-rural "path of progress" (Otsego, Monticello). 

When BRRRR was really popularized rates were very low so the holding costs were much better.There are a lot of local real estate investing meetups that you guys can attend.

That property has tenants which would cover the monthly payments at its current rent which is well below market value but the property would need love to justify an increase in rent.Very grateful to have made this much progress in the span of less than a year and a half and currently just trying to make sure I have all of my ducks in a row to ensure I can build these three properties into a stable few investments.Looking forward to the future,Austin
