I’ve educated myself with books like Rich Dad Poor Dad and real estate podcasts, and I know I’ll succeed.I’d love advice from others who’ve been in my shoes: Is it okay to start investing in a different area if one strategy isn’t working?

Typically these need now to be in a rated shaft and just not insulated. 

I come from a poor upbringing and don't really have family members that have any money.

I don't want to go back and try to refresh my memory on the original discussion, but my main point (maybe poorly made) is simply, naming big well known names who are investing in a thing is not a legitimate reason to invest.Here are my main points:1. there are not sufficient fundamentals to bitcoin to be able to analyze its value. 

In fact, if your tenant does poorly, it may put you in a situation where selling is the best option and you will be stuck using the agent that caused the problem in the first place! 

Keep diversifying your income with side hustles, and continue learning through books like "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller and "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki.By the time you're earning more, you'll be ready to dive into real estate, leveraging your higher income and knowledge to scale quickly.Let me know if you need advice on financing when you're ready!
