The 2nd one bit a kid in the face which needed extensive plastic surgery.

I explained a couple options; she could do rugs on the hardwood floors, plastic on the windows, etc.I must have caught her on a really bad day.Her response was less than favorable.

These 'devil' screws have additional pieces of metal or plastic that act as anchors and designed to expand behind whatever it is screwed to (drywall, wood etc), to spread out the weight n the hanger or the screw reventing the scrw from slipping out through the hole (and in my case with little chance in hell of ever trying to remove them).

No so easy to you'll need plastic sheeting, brushes, rollers and primer for the paint.

Honestly, I would use the cheap plastic ones and expect to replace them.

Brass body plumbing fixtures no plastic or abs.

If it is way out of the norm like a....recycled beer can wall bonded with a recycled plastic polymer (just the craziest thing I could think of right now) then you stand to have quite an expensive hurdle getting it tested and designed to pass scrutiny. 

When you get estimates from folks make sure they say there gonna hang plastic at least.

One thing I've done to keep the walls looking nicer is to put the plastic strips on all the outside corners.  

A hole in the wall was concealed with that plastic molding that goes up against the wall where it meets the floor.
