This will get you the most money with same amount of work.Be as close to the PF strip or Gatlinburg as you can get. 15 minutes or less ideally.You can manually get pricing and occupancy from Vrbo and Airbnb.

I'm norrowing down 2 options right now in the PF area. 

My next thought is Disney area in Florida, but I’m not sure if the occupancy rates favorably compare to PF/Gat.

To compare Manhattans is 1.3M / Brooklyn is 800K / Queens is 650K / Staten Island is 530K. 

I led one of these meetups in Manhattan Beach in person until Covid hit, then we went all virtual.FIBI has great meetups in El Segundo and Pasadena.I'd skip the REIA meetups for now, they're not focused on multifamily.

A little bit about me…I have lived in The Bronx, NY since 2000 with dreams owning an apartment in Manhattan (Still dreaming...).

I thought maybe with people fleeing Manhattan it might go up but it may be wishful thinking.
