Since the bank is always concerned with risk management for getting their money back, it helps to have things such as:- Permanent residency- Japanese spouse- Larger than usual down payment- Financially secure loan guarantor who is Japanese and willing to sign for you (you will probably need the guarantor regardless, but having one with deep pockets helps)Sorry, I don't have experience with commercial property here.
