I know a lot of people who are in the wholesaling industry and what we are seeing is that texting won't be a viable marketing method for long at all.

I haven't seen much said about them but I'm satisfied with what I've experienced.. they've made me money and I collect rent every month.

That is a quick way to weed out people. 

Maybe, but so far the reports are about neighborhoods where people have real money.

You can just have people rebook if they want.We bought our lake house for use to use on occasion as well.

When I come back maybe 2 or 3 years ago, I noticed a lot of people here on BP are talking about syndication too.
