Hi all, I am a commercial broker here in beautiful WA and I have a client looking to sell his marijuana farm in the area.

There are over 30 states that have legal medical marijuana, so I don't see some big influx of people moving to MO to take advantage of the new law.

I think CA just legalized recreational Marijuana right?

My ads include:1) Minimum credit score of 7002) Credit and Criminal Background Check3) Maximum DTI ratio of 33% for anyone on the lease (all tenants over 18 must qualify and be on the lease)4) Renters insurance is required to lease the property5) All applicants must apply and pay the $35 application fee 6) Must sign lease addendum for No Smoking, No illegal drug use (including Marijuana), No pets of any kind.7) Previous residence references    Even with these requirements I still get a good showing and a good candidate pool.  

I may have a Humboldt County slant on my opinion, but a legal marijuana job should be treated like any other job.

With that not to get to controversial, but as a master of social work and for the most-part being highly skilled and utilizing available resources to their upmost, I would like to look into providing grants for rural housing, business development and agriculture to promote the cannabis and it's supporting markets industry that is sure to develop and continue to thrive as our country and the surrounding countries move to legalize marijuana and it's derived products.

Hello Fellow BP members,I am in a state where medical marijuana is legal.

Example: Recently Marijuana related law came into picture for Michigan. 

So, I haven't received rent since April 2018, I had to remortgage my dad's house to pay for the fire detail, back property taxes, legal, fees, LSP fees, etc.Now, here's my question: Luckily my property is zoned for marijuana cultivation and I was approached by a company that wants to cultivate on my property.

Rental demand is strong and the community is adding hundreds of more jobs with a new 1.1 million square foot recreation marijuana grow and distribution facility going up three miles away.
