I only ask because that is, in my opinion, the most challenging part.  

Is not a licensed appraisal specialists and therefore is not permitted to provide an opinion of value . ( keep wholesaler from telling seller their 500k prop is only worth 300k).4. the disclosure goes on and on about how to terminate it who to file complaints with etc etc. complaints go to the DRE.

If security and consistent cash flow matter most, paying off the STR could provide a strong foundation.Just some things to think about based on my opinion. 

In my personal opinion, it's the land that is appreciating, not the house.

This is just my opinion and most likely wrong, but the US and its printing of money put themselves in this hole where now their debt is expensive to service which is why rates are high.

- In our opinion/experience, it's important for an OOS investor to understand the "lay of the land".

That is a very conservative approach in my opinion. 

But it is my opinion you should try Airbnb, VRBO, booking.com and FlipKey and give it a chance to see if it is adding business.

There are a million different opinions so take them and formulate what will work for you!
