You will find a whole lot of OPINIONS as to the ethics, morality, etc. of doing a subject to transaction.  

Usually will work in GA, NC, OH, TX or FL areas.I am always willing to take advice from experienced investors on topics I may be unsure of and I am also able to provide my own perspective on topics I've studied, have been through or just my opinion in general. 

What is the best strategy in your opinion to niche down on a target audience in any given market?

Sent another tech from a different company to get a 2nd opinion.

For me, what was talked about above is nowhere near close enough for me to judge or provide an opinion on someone as just because someone changes their name (we have done it several times for different entities) or someone could be co-gp or LP in a deal but not in the limelight) does not immediately set off my radar of "omg this person is not legit or a scam artist". 

There may be some HMLs that comment as to their opinions.

probably a wholesale company.. get a second opinion from a local RE agent so you dont get hosed.
