I think you are in a good place to do wholesaling because some of the market (oil business) is down right now but the rest is in good shape.

From my experiences oil and energy is a pretty low fraction.  

Don't fall for any no money down snake oil sales pitches.

My husband and I both work in the oil industry and are trying to get out.

Remember, with pet odors replace what you can, but oil-based Kilz is your friend.
