Keep the margin % very low (20%) so impossible to get a margin call outside if we have a nuclear war lol 

And when asked what the $ is for, don't be a wise-guy like me and say thermo-nuclear devices, lol, they don't find the humor in it.

Do a few cash out refi then reinvest and the return on that original RE investment goes nuclear.

@Sai Kiran   Yes of course...it will crash any day when all the tech workers decide Rapid City is the next place to be and they all move there....and the nuclear holocaust happens at the Longhorn Stadium.
