Carpet at entry points, typically the living room.Second is probably storm doors and window screens in my neck of the woods.Third would be shelves, crisper drawers, or door bars in refrigerators.

Flat roofs don't matter as much in my neck of the woods where it doesn't snow but in MI I would definitely try to avoid or replace a flat roof if possible if for no other reason than liability.

For perspective, if you drove seven hours North from San Francisco you'd be in my neck of the woods.

I did the first one of those in Nevada county in the day... they take time and are expensive but that's how its done in that neck of the woods..
