What worked for me was listing on multiple platforms - Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and even local community bulletin boards.

And most likely, upward mobility because any good "GM" is also ambitious.

It looks to have a very high number of mobile homes for sale.

Sunrise on the other hand invests in mobile homes and parking lots for the most part.
