The tenant didn't like that you complained to them that they used the wrong trashcan and hung up, are you wanting to be the mediator when the tenant throws their trash in another tenants can and you have to get involved.  

If the tenant does show up, the judge may send the two of you outside to speak to a mediator who will help you come to an amicable agreement with the tenant.

Seller broker said seller is thinking of mediation but its been 17 days since contract been cancel.

Our broker also runs a rehab oversight company that we used (she and her husband have construction background), which mediates the rehab with the contractors and follows up weekly to make sure the scope of work is actually achieved, sending us pictures and verifying everything is done correctly and timely.

He charges a fee to mediate the process, and from what I have heard / read is worth his weight.

I would be studying the builders contract because most of them ask for mediation and the ability to cure.

As a former court mediator I can tell you this is the kind of case the judges give you a "better you than me" shrug as they send it to mediation.

From what I read, their goal is to mediate/negotiate a resolution amongst parties.

Is there another mediator that works with those type of properties?
