Can you DIY projects and cost cuts? 

And you’ll be much more relaxed too bc  you won’t have to deal with 1 million house problems and annoying guests 😂😂😂I think some people are diving into STR because they think it makes them look cool, or they want a cool side project.

You guys have taken massive action in two years and you should be proud of that.

For large apartment projects, it is not practical to demand the return of all letters before closing.

Refinance after project, cashed out and continue to receive positive cash flow.

In the real world we live in you can't get away with massive crime and massive publicity at the same time, unless your name is Hunter Biden or you donate big bucks to you know who.
