Buy an existing house to live in and add an ADU in the back.

Our main issue is these properties are owned in an LLC.

While I don't want to focus on doing this as my main source of income (I still mainly want to do fix & flips and contract assignments), I wouldn't mind trying it, just to see if it's something that could work for me.

How does an llc work if I live in Nevada or Texas as my main residence and part time in California?

I think the main issue here, is not working with a trusted broker. 1 bad review will ruin a small broker shop's reputation.
