I am not aware of it being confidential unless you have agreed to those terms....maybe a pm can chime in...But a clever person may be able to get your name and contact info through an assessor database or other public source ..As to your question, I find tenants that leave owing you money tend to have just the opposite reaction (more flight than fight)..

I could use the flights to Kansas City Illinois as a tax write off.I've heard one podcast of a member developing a long distance relationship with someone to remodel homes in Wisconsin with great deals.

I was just informed that our flights to work are being terminated.

These "service animals" can get special airplane flight options, special residency rights (it is against the law to discriminate against the handicapped), etc. 

I find anyone in crisis to be a bit flightly, it is part of their emotional state.   

Lots of ground school and flight trying required before you even solo.Learn and apply real estate skills before you begin to focus on any single niche.

With that said, I think it is important to recognize that any investor should stay clear of items that are NOT fixable (on main street, bad neighbors, bad neighbor dogs, bad area, bad crime, near train tracks, under airport flight path, 55+ steps to the front door, near a landfill, or any non fixable problem). 

Spend thousands for flight and hotels to travel there.
