So right now I'm feeling like a project magnet! 

Magnets are rolled through the yard, flowerbeds & driveway by the crew to pick up any roofing nails.

It also means that they sit at a great pivot point for economies of scale on all kinds of things and they are a magnet for good deals.

The other downside is since it is a dedicated FA AC system, the vents need to be covered with magnet covers in the winter so ducts don't condensate in the months it's not in use.The old steam radiator heat has been wonderful!!! 

I have a son pursuing aerospace engineering with a great interest in electro magnetic pulse defense.

Has anyone installed magnetic windows inside inefficient historic windows?

They also need to clean the grounds and sweep for nails with a magnetic roller.Have you considered a metal roof?

How long will it be before nice weather is no longer a strong enough magnet to overcome all of that adversity?
