Like @Sarah Miller and @Marcy Albrecht said, you can buy places within the city limits but it's still about location. with that said, i'm always looking out for my end game. one of the issues with buying in certain parts of canton is that when you decide you're done, you may not be able to unload your properties.

See, it's a snazzy start-up where everything is remote (besides their main office in SF) and they got da fancy "algorithms" & da nifty "machine learning" with a coefficient quadratic equation here and a pythagorean theorem there that tells them what rent should be and tenant profiles you should look for.

If its short term lower occupancy go for a smaller machine if it is larger occupancy you want a big machine.
