Plus, if you get one of the "smart key" ones that quickset makes now, you can rekey the lock very easily.

Master key all doors with a locksmith company and also, keep door locks on file with locksmith through a master key system because they can just make you additionals when you need.

If you value the tenant - do something that will enhance their feeling of security while allowing you the access you need,Have the doors re-keyed / install new locks that you have keys / access to and do not have to be deadbolted from inside.  

Yes we just called locksmith and replaced the locks and took over the home.

They are the same price as a standard door knob, and come with a little tool to rekey yourself. you can rekey them in about 10 seconds.

If you don't have a key to enter be there with a locksmith and have a key made for yourself.
