My plan is to develop five 1,200 SF units, allowing tenants to lease multiple units if they require more space.Recently, a 62,000 SF medical building from a Reputed Hospital Name opened directly across the property, which reinforced my belief that a medical office setup would be a strong fit for this location.

Can i put a lien on the house for this. 

The the cost of a cup of coffee, a beer, a lunch...whatever, you can spend time with an active investor and listen.  

I am having difficulty finding a lender who can match a loan type as the single family seems to be complicating things.

It’s fenced and is only a few acres.

I see Colorado sellers try to get a premium for a turnkey vacation rental.

Oklahoma is a very landlord friendly state and has stable job opportunities.

Insurance on a 1mm property will also go up a lot more than a 100k property.
