Once used up we'll wait for another Black Friday sale and likely try a lighter color as the cherry seems a little harder to keep clean...but it looks great and so far, is holding up well in kitchens and bathrooms.

Especially with very little startup capital I am looking for a lower down Payment with lighter work necessary to flip when I am starting out.

The other seems more uniform for some reason; and the lighter color reminds me of the 90s. 

Maybe he is friends with the mediators there, maybe he knows he will get off lighter there.

You could put flowering bushes or at least a lighter shade of green with some nice grasses (the bush type variety).

My goal wouldn't be to flip it quickly (probably take about a year and do as much of the work as I can myself--I've turned over more apartments than I could count in an old job; so much of the lighter work I can do myself). 

Today, I saw the guy walking around with a lighter touching random bits of grass... so I'm guessing there is some hard drug use going on but no proof.  

I believe there is a match or lighter test you can hold in front of the window and watch  flame move due to air movement. 

Overall the lower quality and lighter weight materials don't last as long as higher quality materials more often found on stick built homes.  

And, in the end, that's all going to come from you, not Max or Robert or Nick or anyone else.The teacher can only show the path; the student must walk the path.If you're looking for anything else, you're only going to end up several thousand dollars lighter and no closer to your goals.
