Once used up we'll wait for another Black Friday sale and likely try a lighter color as the cherry seems a little harder to keep clean...but it looks great and so far, is holding up well in kitchens and bathrooms.

My goal wouldn't be to flip it quickly (probably take about a year and do as much of the work as I can myself--I've turned over more apartments than I could count in an old job; so much of the lighter work I can do myself).

Today, I saw the guy walking around with a lighter touching random bits of grass... so I'm guessing there is some hard drug use going on but no proof.
