I do not know him, but the path he is leading you is a difficult path    Note difficult does not imply impossible; there are people who are successful with S8 housing    In my area s8 is so undesirable that they write laws trying to make it challenging to not allow S8 tenants.  

We provide a fridge and a stove and also supply washer/dryer hookups but not the washer and dryer itself.As far as dishwashers go we only supply them in the better neighborhoods we have properties in where we feel the tenants have more of a likelihood to use them responsibly.

As far as I know, I don't think software like Stessa or Baselane can really track anything related to multiple owners/partners. 

As far as how much you pull out it depends on terms.

As far as refinancing, you can either do a conventional loan where they use your debt to income / DTI to qualify or you can use a DSCR loan which structures the loan off of the rent versus income ratio.More info on DSCR loans: DSCR loans won't use your income to underwrite the loan. 

As a wholesaler, hopefully hearing from some of you with experience with these sites, what are the advantages or disadvantages of each of these sites respectively... as far as which search criteria to use on each platform?
