I feel more at ease losing this deal and finding my client a better option.

Building and maintaining those connections feels like a crucial part of the process.

I feel this is going to be a recurring theme if I can get my model to work. 

Also I feel that previous owner realtor inspector and HoA the ones should held responsible for this.
