My interpretation of the HUD guidance is that it does not require a support animal to need any specialized training. 

Think long and hard if you want to apply for a variance (zoning determination or code interpretation) just for you to bring in a new tenant and make more money.

For example any pets may result in eviction etc. because a lot of people interpret "no pets" as pet restrictions for pit-bulls etc. even though this is not the case, because many who self manage do change their policy especially if their unit has been on the market for a long time.

You’re just leaving yourself open to interpretation when you say we will accept lower than x score.
